What times do you deliver and collect?

We start delivering our Hot Tubs from 6am until 9pm as some customers work late we work late to suit your demands. We will arrange a collection time when we install your product.

How much Space is needed for our equipment?

For Hot Tubs we will require a garden path width to bring our equipment in to set up, we can also fetch all the equipment through your house or garage, Floor space required is a minimum of 3 meters square when hiring our Gazebos, if you need more advise on this please call 07799140675

Is there anything I need to do?

No, we do all the heavy work so you can get on with preparations for your party. All we ask is that, before we arrive, you clear a passageway for us so we can bring all our equipment in. Make sure you have left enough room for us to get past any parked cars on the driveway, we don’t want to scrape past your pride and joy, and that you have cleared a big enough space in the garden where you want us to put the Hot Tub, can you make sure you have cleared the area of any animal soil, sharp objects, washing lines, or any other debris. And finally make sure the kettle is on :)

Do I need to supply anything?

We need access to a plug socket to plug in our extension lead. Preferably trailing the lead from a window not a door to avoid the cable being trapped/damaged should the door get closed. We carry up to 25 mtr extension leads on the van, Please let us know at time of booking if the Hot Tub will be further away from an electric point than that as we may need to bring a longer extension cable.

How long does it take to set up?

Hot Tubs can take up to 1 hour to set up depending on the package you are hiring. Filling times can vary but please contact us and we can explain the process to you.

How do you empty the Hot Tub?

Don't worry we carry 3 water pumps to empty the water away without flooding your garden. Please discuss with us if you don't have drainage near to where the Hot Tub is going and we will sort something out for you.
